As a Product Manager within the Product Development department, part of the Business Line Modifications, you will play a crucial role in developing new Product Market Combinations (PMCs) with a focus on creativity, innovation, and market competitiveness. You'll be a visionary capable of generating creative ideas, fostering a culture of innovation, and leading innovative initiatives.

Responsibilities Idea Generation and Innovation Management:

Develop and promote an environment where creative ideas are encouraged and shared.
Lead innovation initiatives and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Problem-Solving Ability:
Develop creative solutions for (complex) problems.
Apply techniques to gain a deep understanding of user needs. Product Positioning and Business Development:
Create unique value propositions and differentiate products in the market.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and valuable partnerships. Additionally, specific to the Modification Business Line:
Responsible for the development process of PMCs, from identification to initial order realization.
Research and identify new business opportunities and develop valuable partnerships.
Generate solid business cases, including financial planning.
Define project scope, objectives, and develop detailed work plans and risk mitigation plans.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes by participating in seminars, conferences, and industry events.

How you are valuable to us

Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a successful track record in leading innovative product development initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support decisions.
Experience with creative processes.
Leadership qualities and the ability to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
