As a member of the Global Continuous Improvement (CI) team, you are responsible for establishing service levels recognized by our customers. You do this by developing and implementing reliable, cost-effective processes for each service at every location. As Continuous Improvement Manager, you effectively steer the CI roadmap. You facilitate the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodology and guide staff and your team through the CI program. You ensure buy-in from all key stakeholders to successfully roll out the CI program. Additionally, you act as a partner for various departments by organizing, planning, and executing CI projects and activities, verifying ROI by setting goals and measuring performance. You ensure continuity by managing progress in the CI portfolio and reporting to the Head of CI and the Global Steering Committee. You are also part of the Global CI team, supporting colleagues at other Fokker Services Group sites and promoting best practices.
